I don't think it would work wtih Win9x at all.. hell.. you have to bring
up OpenVPN after you reboot, essentially... from user-land... and
Windows 9x has to reboot for every incidental IP change.  I don't see
how it could really work.

Nor would it be worth the time porting it back - most everybody these
days is moving to WinNT-based Windoze OSs if they're using Windows at
all, that's all that's sold.  And that's all that's worth running.
