Hi Christopher,
I have almost same issue, except that some of my machines
are running Linux.
I'm very interested how this can be done (multiple
interfaces having the same IP address) - I haven't myself
managed (yet) to assign the same IP to more than on
interface.
If you ever find out how (I have windows XP here), please
share it with us on the list.

PS: I did manage to install 3 separate Win32 TAP interfaces
on an XP machine, using the "devcon install OemWin2k.inf
TAP" command as described in
http://openvpn.sourceforge.net/install32.html
I suppose installing several more on the same machine
shouldn't be a problem.
