I just thought of that solution, right before I received this. I'm no
longer at the remote location, so I'll have to test when I get a chance.
Will report back with whether it works or not.

I'm using dhclient, BTW... Just wondering if anyone else had dealt with
this as an issue... I had actually run across it before, connecting from
behind my home firewall to a client, and my lease was renewing every
couple hours. The solution? Make the lease last for days instead of
hours... But I can't do that with somebody else's network!
