You are using the same private subnet 192.168.2. at work and at home. 
Maybe it can work, because the samba-server and openvpn-server at work 
is on the same machine, but it is making routing difficult.

I am not sure, it solves your problem, but I would change the private 
subnet at home away from the private subnet at work.
