[Openvpn-users] How to get up my VPN Linux-Box and XP

Hi!
I am trying to do a tunnel with Linux-box and XP-Box but I dont know how to 
do this .
I have this config file :
Linux Box vpn1.conf:

remote 10.0.1.11
dev tun
ifconfig 10.0.1.1 10.0.1.11

#tls-server and certificate
tls-server
dh private/dh1024.pem
ca private/opencert.crt
cert private/oficina.crt
key private/oficina.key

#port
port 5000

#For loses conections

This is not working .
Somebody can help me !!!
