I appreciate all the replies but my terminology was a bit off in the
initial post. Insert "Device" wherever I said "Port." I realized this
only after sending the initial message.

So what I need to know is how to create additional TUN devices. Though
I've already decided to check out the beta for version 2, I still need to
know how to create additional devices on a RedHat 7.2 system. Any help,
again, is greatly appreciated.
