Hello Stephane,

Do the clients on the 192.168.1.0 network know how to reach the
192.168.201.0 Network? Is there a routing entry on the local network
clients telling them to send any packets for 192.168.201.0 to
192.168.1.x address of the openvpn server?

Jean-Pierre
