I'm not sure I understand your question. 
Where do the 192.168.0.x addresses come from? In your server
configuration I see a 192.168.10.0/24 Network (push route). 
Why are you pushing 10.140.0.0? This is your external address, it seems.
And no need to push 0.0.0.0. 
You need to make sure that your machines on the local network know how
to reach the 172.16.200.0/24 addresses.
