persist file as an allocation of fixed IP addresses
(previous versions took IP-to-common-name associations
from this list as hints, not mandatory static allocations).
So, the IPs listed in this file will now be excluded from the normal
ifconfig-pool, so that they will never be assigned to another client,
right?
Is the file re-read every time a client connects, so new static
allocations can be made without restarting the server?
