Hmm, I can see you have been reading up on this problem before posting as
you seem to have tried everything I would have normally suggested already
;-)

Yeah I tried to do my homework before bothering you guys.. ;-)
 

One thing though, have you tried running WinSockFix? (Google for it) Your
problem description doesn't really match others that winsockfix have taken
care of but it might be worth giving a shot anyway.

I did that. No difference. By the way, I updated to using openvpn 2.0.4. Same error. Could it be the OS's language distribution do you think?

I am all ears if you want to use me as an experiment to try and find this bug. I can install debug versions and produce logs that you can analize and digest if you want. Just let me know what you need from me.

Should I move this problem to the development list?
