I will use OpenVPN to access the Intranet, but I don´t like that All traffic (client VPN) to go by the Intranet.
Is there some method that only the traffic HTTP to go to VPN and the other traffic to go to client network?

Instead of thinking of this as something which would be implemented as an OpenVPN feature, think as if you had two ethernet devices, and you wanted to route HTTP traffic differently from everything else.

The easiest approach (ie. the one using less OS-dependent magic) would be running an HTTP proxy behind your VPN server.
