If you run the server on a unix with PAM, then let PAM auth towards
radius.

that I receive username and password in clear text, but it is not
good. Is there some method to convert this username and password
in Hashs like MS-CHAP, CHAP or Digest?
they are only in clear text on the machine that runs the openvpn server.
They are transfered from the client through an encrypted tunnel.
