OK, I think I solved the problem. Investigating the openvpn.log on the prod fw, I saw: MULTI: bad source address from client [10.136.135.6], packet dropped. Googleing a little, and added the corresponding iroute directive in the ccd directory. Now, I still am wondering why the NAT is not working, and it was forwarding the requests, not NATing them, but ... as far as it works now, I'm OK. Thanks for the help. Btw, the tcpdump helped, as I saw the packets leaving from the office vpn, but never received at the prod. I was not aware that openvpn can drop packets by itself.
