I am wanting that net 10.0.0.0/24 access 200.x.y.0/24, and now I am using routing configuration. But i am thinking to use bridging configuration, what do the people think about this my scene (routing or bridging configuration)?.

Please avoid sending HTML mail to the list. Your mailer is making all the IP addresses in your message into links, and when I reply in
text-only form my mailer tries to expand them.
I think the configuration you're trying to build is... confused. If 10.0.0.0/24 is the address range you're dedicating to your VPN, why are
you assigning addresses in that range to systems' ethernet adapters?
(Is this a bridging or routing configuration? What does your OpenVPN configuration look like?)
