IIRC, unsigned drivers will load using a "test" certificate (signed from any 
CA in the certificate store, such as an enterprise CA), which can be enabled 
using bcdedit. Start from here:

However, the procedure is rather cumbersome; as usual, M$ disguises 
anticompetitive practices (locking out open source competition) as 
consideration for its users.
